About Me

GET YOUR BODY MOVING

I strongly believe taking up Pilates is an empowering and life changing decision.

The positive effects of learning to control your body’s movement, engaging muscles at your will, building strength and improving your posture will leave you feeling like the best version of you and with energy to take on the world. 

I have developed my style through training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI).  A research and evidence based approach to the original Joseph Pilates method which is fully modified, designed, taught and developed by Physiotherapists.

Women Stretching

Power Pilates

Is about control, precision and endurance. This is suitable for all levels from beginners to more advanced. I give regression and progression options but will work you hard so you leave the session feeling great about working out and walk away feeling taller and stronger.

Pilates Work Out

Gentle Pilates

This is aimed at those lucky enough to be retired, to help keep the heart and body young.


Joseph Pilates said 'Change happens through movement and movement heals', this is the fundamentals of Pilates and what makes it so accessible to everyone.

 

My gentle class focuses on movements that will stabilise and strengthen your body with the aim of alleviating aches and keeping your posture strong. We do this through a combination of standing, chair based exercises and mat work. 

Rolling Yoga Mat

There are two options:
Option 1 - I can bring Pilates to you. You choose the where and when and I will provide the equipment for your Mat Pilates workout. 
Option 2 - My small but perfect studio is based in Five Ashes looking into a beautiful walled garden. 
Whatever you choose, your sessions are tailored  and choreographed to suit your body and achieve your goals. Contact me for more details.

Iyengar Yoga Class Triangle

Pilates Workshops

These 50 minute sessions are suitable for anyone who is new to Pilates or wants to get a little bit more out of their current Pilates classes. You do not need to be training with me to come along they are designed to be individual sessions to deepen your understanding of Pilates and connection with your body.
